Absolutely disgusting customer service! I rang this garage yesterday, and mentioned that I had emailed an inquiry which he had not responded too, he replied ‘I respond to all my enquiries’,well clearly not on this occassion! Then when I proceeded to ask if this truck had a certain feature that he knew nothing about, got really shirty. Then I tipped him over the edge by asking if he was open on Sunday and he said only by appointment and only for people really interested in buying, when I said of course I am or I wouldn’t be coming to look at it, he HUNG UP ON ME! Defin won’t ever visit this place!
